RAM INTELL processes the email address supplied for authentication, account access, security auditing and essential service communication.
Data stored
Account and security data; uploaded CIARO reports; CAEL assurance assessments; control and cyber-indicator evidence snapshots; occurrence cases, decisions, reference deadlines and hash-chain audit entries; E5X reference artifacts; configured criteria; verification results; consultation records; and administrative events. Source and derived evidence receive SHA-256 fingerprints. One-time codes are stored only as cryptographic hashes and expire automatically.
AI consultation
Messages submitted to the AI consultation module are stored in the RAM INTELL database and transmitted to the configured AI service provider solely to generate the requested response. Do not include API keys, passwords, special-category personal data or third-party confidential information in a consultation message. The AI provider request is configured with model-response storage disabled.
